How Your Personal Information Is Stored
Your personal information may be stored and processed either electronically or in hard copy form on systems that Western Asset maintains or that are maintained on our behalf by third-party service providers we hire, including cloud computing services. Your personal information may reside on additional IT systems shared with Western Asset affiliates who may access the information for the purposes disclosed in this Privacy Policy. Personal information provided by you such as your name, job title, employer details, work phone, and email address may also be stored in our Client Relationship Management system (CRM) which may also be accessed by Western Asset affiliates. These systems are not localized to any particular geography and may be stored both inside and outside your country of residence.
