Client service executives communicate investment strategies to clients, monitor portfolios, support reporting requirements and respond to requests for information and research.
To further strengthen the quality of Western Asset's client service, the Firm employs a dedicated team of product managers within its Client Service & Marketing Unit. These highly experienced professionals work closely with the investment team and facilitate investment-related communications with clients and prospects. By using client service executives as the primary client contacts, Western Asset's portfolio managers have greater freedom to concentrate on their number one priority: managing client portfolios.
